Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window.
- Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and inspected.
- All exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Silky Beauty Supply cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used hair extensions, wigs, or hair care products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale
