🔄 Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective or incorrect upon receipt.

💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and inspected.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Silky Beauty Supply is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale
